Your Role & Impact:

Operational Excellence:

Orchestrate the daily flow of a high-tech, fast-paced environment, ensuring our "patient-first" philosophy is felt in every interaction.

Strategic Leadership:

Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture among a team dedicated to cutting-edge holistic treatments.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Support marketing and community outreach that highlights Dr. Bolamperti's airway-centered approach and his 30-year impact on the dental community.

Patient Experience Management:

Serve as the primary liaison between our referring providers and a patient base that travels for our specialized expertise.

Proven Leadership:

Experience in dental office management (or a similar healthcare leadership role).

Innovation Mindset:

A desire to work at the forefront of dental technology and a quick ability to master dental software.

Stellar Communication:

The ability to articulate health concepts to patients and professional partners with clarity and warmth.
