Job Description

A Leadership Role Built on Impact, Communication, and Operational Excellence About This Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager to be the operational heart of our hospital. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive daily operations, build strong client relationships, lead and develop staff, and work directly with our Managing Doctor to ensure excellence across all departments. What You'll Do Client Relationships & Communication Be the trusted liaison between clients and hospital leadership—addressing concerns with professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to service excellence. Build lasting relationships that strengthen client loyalty. Operations & Facilities Management Oversee daily hospital operations, including facility maintenance, supply chain management, inventory control, and compliance standards. Ensure every department runs smoothly and efficiently. People Leadership Directly supervise and develop staff, manage training and compliance, handle personnel matters with fairness and discretion, and foster a culture of inclusion and support across the organization. Financial Oversight Monitor pricing compliance, manage accounts receivable, oversee deposits, and provide timely financial reports to leadership. Strategic Priorities Prioritize effectively across competing demands, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and respond with agility to urgent matters while maintaining organized systems and high-quality outputs. Who You Are Required Qualifications 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare, operations, or service-based environment Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse teams Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with financial management, reporting, and budgeting concepts Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personnel and client matters with discretion Preferred Qualifications Background in veterinary medicine, animal care, or healthcare settings Experience with HR functions including training, compliance, and disciplinary processes Familiarity with hospital operations, facility management, and supply chain oversight Experience with inventory management systems and financial software Why Join Us Direct partnership with hospital leadership to shape the future of our organization The opportunity to build and mentor a strong, supportive team Impact across all hospital operations—your decisions and leadership matter every day A professional environment built on mutual respect, clear communication, and shared values How to Apply Interested in this opportunity?
