Responsibilities Provide expert clinical care to patients in accordance with up-to-date, evidence-based standards including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic diseases. Supervise and mentor a team of advanced practice providers (APPs), ensuring high standards of care and professional growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to enhance care delivery processes. Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical governance activities including research and quality improvement projects. Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care policies and protocols. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
