1649 Make a difference in healthcare leadership! We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, support staff development, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support day-to-day office operations and staff performance
Promote exceptional patient care, satisfaction, and clinic efficiency
Monitor productivity, budgets, revenue, and operational goals
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing team
Prepare reports and implement process improvements to enhance patient access and care
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior medical office management experience strongly preferred
Experience in an outpatient healthcare setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and healthcare software systems
