Experience:

Duties include:
Prepare, audit, and submit clean claims (primary & secondary) daily. Verify Insurance plans and enter into Open Dental Manage denials & appeals with well-supported narratives and timely re-submissions. Handle pre‑authorizations, pre-determinations, and coordination of benefits. Partner with the clinical team to improve documentation and reduce write‑offs. Treatment follow ups Treatment planning/presenting with patients Going over financing options with patients Answering phones and scheduling, and checking out patients
Qualifications:
Dental office experience Strong dental administrative support skills Familiarity with EHR systems such as Open Dental Knowledge of dental terminology and HIPAA regulations Experience with multi-line phone systems and clerical duties Ability to manage dental records and collections effectively
