In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure exceptional patient care experiences. Your expertise in healthcare management, combined with strong leadership skills, will drive the efficiency of our practice while maintaining compliance with health regulation policies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team, streamline administrative workflows, and contribute to the overall success of our dental practice. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth daily functions. Supervise dental assistants, and other team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients understand their options and financial responsibilities. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, JCAHO standards, and other healthcare policies related to medical records, electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), and health regulation policies. Utilize practice management software such as Dentrix for patient management, billing, and record keeping; ensure accurate documentation of dental records and dental terminology. Ensure adherence to healthcare practice management standards by monitoring quality assurance processes and implementing improvements as needed. Facilitate communication between patients, providers, insurance companies, and external vendors to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in medical office experience. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Dentrix; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks. Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and deliver exceptional customer service. Ability to handle dental administrative support tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in dental records and dental terminology.
