Job Description

Schedule:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Our growing pediatric specialty practice is looking for a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the front office runs efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a friendly and compassionate attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Verify demographic and insurance information Collect copays and process payments Scan and upload documents into the electronic medical record Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and referring offices Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred, not required.
