Job Description We're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join a busy dental practice in San Fernando. This role is ideal for someone with prior Dental Front Desk experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional patient care. Detailed Responsibilities Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Check patients in and out while collecting copays Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Answer a high volume of phone calls and respond to patient emails Maintain patient records and perform chart audits using eClinicalWorks Coordinate patient flow for a busy office supporting four dentists Provide outstanding customer service at every patient interaction Occasionally provide backup coverage at the Panorama City office if needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Dental Front Desk experience (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration, and copay collection Proficient with eClinicalWorks (preferred) Dental Assistant experience or certification is not required
