Position Details & Compensation Pay Range:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 2 days per week)

Schedule:

Flexible weekday options; Saturday availability is required

Location:

On-site working between two convenient office locations: 339 Flanders Road, East Lyme, CT 190 W Town Street, Norwich, CT What You'll Do As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the face and voice of our practice:

Patient Hospitality:

Warmly greet patients as they arrive and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.

Scheduling & Outreach:

Manage the appointment calendar, answer incoming calls, and proactively contact patients for appointments and follow-ups.

Payment Processing:

Collect payments accurately in person and over the phone.

Daily Operations:

Utilize Gmail and front-office tools to handle daily messaging, patient records, and administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For Requirements:

No prior dental experience needed —we are happy to train the right person!

Strong interpersonal skills:

Comfortable, friendly, and articulate when speaking with patients.

Computer proficient:

Comfortable navigating basic software and using Gmail . Availability to work Saturdays . Reliable transportation to travel between our East Lyme and Norwich locations. Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have): Background in customer service, hospitality, or hotel front desk. Previous experience in a medical/dental office or high-volume phone role.
