Job Description

Licensed Esthetician / Front Office Coordinator — Boutique Plastic Surgery Practice (Downtown Dunedin) Dunedin Plastic Surgery is a small, physician-owned practice in the heart of downtown Dunedin. We're looking for a licensed esthetician who also enjoys the patient-facing side of a practice to join our team. This is not a high-volume med spa. Dr. Jennifer B. Buck is a board-certified plastic surgeon (MD, FACS) with over twenty years serving the Tampa Bay area, and our practice is built around unhurried, personalized care. You'd be one of four people here. Patients know your name, you know theirs, and you'll see the same faces come back year after year. The role You'll split your week between providing skincare treatments and helping run the front of the practice — greeting patients, managing the schedule, answering calls, handling check-in and payments, and recommending the professional skincare lines we carry. You'll also take a lead role in our social media. The treatment side is yours to build. We're a small practice with room to grow, and the person in this seat will shape how that happens. What you'll do Treatments Perform facials, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments Operate body contouring and skin treatment devices Consult with patients on skincare and recommend appropriate treatments and products Front office Greet and check in patients; manage scheduling and the daily flow of the office Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Handle payments and support day-to-day office operations Work confidently in our practice management system (EMR) Social media Plan and create content for Instagram and other channels Capture photo and video in the office — treatments, products, behind the scenes Write captions, engage with comments and DMs, keep a consistent posting rhythm Work with our physician, office manager, and marketing partners on campaigns and promotions What we're looking for Active Florida esthetician license — required Strong treatment technique and a real interest in skincare Warm, professional presence with patients — this is the heart of the job Capable at a front desk during a busy clinic day Comfortable with technology. You don't need to know our specific systems — we'll teach you those. You should be able to pick up new software quickly. Hands-on experience running or contributing to a business social media account Organized, reliable, and able to work independently on a small team Prior medical, spa, or aesthetics experience - 2 years+ preferred Compensation & benefits $20-24 per hour , based on experience Commission on treatments and product sales Health coverage stipend — (QSEHRA) toward your individual health plan premiums, or other qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Growth to 36+ hours as your treatment schedule fills Where you'll work 324 Scotland Street, in the middle of downtown delightful Dunedin — steps from the shops, restaurants, and the Pinellas Trail.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
