Bilingual Front Desk | Dentisalud ATL - Doraville, GA Are you bilingual, organized, friendly, and great with people? We want YOU on our team! At Dentisalud ATL , we believe the front desk is the heart of the patient experience. We're looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Dental front desk experience is not required - we will train you! ????

What You'll Do:

• Answer phone calls and assist with patient questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient records and update information
• Assist with payments and basic front desk tasks
• Communicate with patients in English and Spanish
• Help create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
• Support the team and help keep the office running smoothly ?

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual - English & Spanish (required)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Organized and able to multitask
• Dependable and team-oriented ?

WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

You do not need previous dental front desk experience. We will train you on our dental office systems, scheduling processes, and procedures. What matters most is that you already have strong customer service experience, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. ????
