Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Spa Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role requires a high level of independence, reliability, and professionalism, including opening and closing the office and serving as the primary on‑site representative of Avera Aesthetics and Wellness. Avera Aesthetics and Wellness Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Schedule recurringappointments for clients using our electronic scheduling system, ensuring optimal utilization of time and resources.
Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office, electronic scheduling systems, and billing applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Qualifications:
