Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations Schedule appointments accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and handle medical billing and collections with attention to detail Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Review documentation for accuracy, including care plans, medical notes, CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding, and other medical documentation review tasks Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently, ensuring proper filing, data entry, and document management Requirements Proven experience in a medical office environment or clinic setting with strong clerical skills and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Pay:
