Keep MI Smile is looking for an exceptional personality to join our front office team! The right candidate will bring a calm energy and great communication skills to our team. We are currently seeking a Dental Office Team Lead (Front Office Leader) for our Mendon location. The Dental Office Team Lead is responsible for maintaining an efficient, productive, and patient-focused front office while supporting overall practice operations. This role oversees scheduling, office communication, treatment plan presentations, insurance verification, collections reconciliation, customer service, and achievement of practice goals. The Team Lead serves as a key liaison between front office staff, clinical leadership, and management to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. Mendon office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 730am-430pm; and occasional Fridays. We offer a fun environment, where helping people everyday is our priority.
