Medical Receptionist | Carrboro, NC $18-$20/hr | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist looking for a stable weekday schedule with a busy, patient-focused healthcare team? Ultimate Staffing is hiring for an immediate opportunity in Carrboro! What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Direct patients to the appropriate providers and departments Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Complete patient registration and documentation Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the system
What We're Looking For Required:
Experience using eClinicalWorks (must have) 2+ years of Medical Front Desk/Medical Receptionist experience High School Diploma or equivalent Strong data entry and administrative skills Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Basic Microsoft Office knowledge Why Apply?
