As our practice continues to grow, we are looking to add another full-time Medical Receptionist to our front-office team. The Role We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to help manage patient communication, scheduling, and daily front-office operations. This is a full-time hybrid position that includes both in-office and remote work. You will work closely with our existing reception and administrative team to help ensure that patients receive prompt, professional, and compassionate service. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming patient calls, texts, and portal messages Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Assist patients with general questions and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate provider Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other members of the care team Help manage referrals, appointment follow-ups, and patient paperwork Maintain accurate patient information within the electronic health record Support the front desk and administrative team with daily office responsibilities Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients both in person and remotely Qualifications Previous medical office, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable communicating with patients by phone, text, and electronic messaging Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable learning and using electronic health records, communication platforms, and office technology Reliable and able to work independently during remote hours Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused Able to work well as part of a growing team Experience in a medical office is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
