Receptionist at Integrative Mental Health Clinic in Corvallis OR About the Clinic Transformative Health and Wellness is an integrative mental health clinic offering mental health therapy, osteopathy, psychiatry, and ketamine/Spravato® treatments. We are a diverse team that serves the community through a 'whole person' approach. About the Position This position is the first point of contact for potential clients in our practice. The receptionist will take all phone calls, answer clinic emails, verify insurance, send out paperwork to new clients, schedule follow-up visits for providers, perform clerical tasks, and work closely with the Intake Coordinator to manage intake processes. Requirements and Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Friendly, professional, and energetic personality with a passion for improving the lives of others Customer service experience required; experience in a health care setting preferred Cultural awareness to serve a diverse client base Strong team orientation and excellent organizational skills Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, file and records management, and general office procedures Ability to comply with confidentiality laws and maintain confidentiality of patient information Position Details Full-time position Monday-Friday $17.50-$19.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience 401(k): employees averaging 25+ hours per week over a 90-day period are eligible to participate after 90 days of employment ETO (earned time off) accrues at 1 hour per 12 hours worked for all hourly employees up to 4 weeks per year How to apply Send your resume and cover letter to admin@transformativehw.com
