Job Description

Seeking a great job in a fun environment with work/life balance? We are searching for a full time medical secretary working the front office in a busy Women's Health practice Responsibilities include obtaining accurate patient demographic information, checking in/out patients, scheduling tests both in office and at outside facilities, and answering the phone. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. As the face of the practice, candidates should possess excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. Additionally, candidates should have strong multi-tasking abilities.
