Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Insurance verification
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Collect copays/deductibles

Requirements:

Previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, prefer bilingual
Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are a very busy medical practice looking to add to our team.
