Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist
- medical practice looking to add position
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Insurance verification
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collect copays/deductibles
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, prefer bilingual
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are a very busy medical practice looking to add to our team.
