Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists with patient intake, setup, and preparation for therapy sessions Support patient care by monitoring patient responses and ensuring comfort during treatments Manage and organize therapy equipment, supplies, and treatment areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment Facilitate communication between patients and the Physical Therapists to ensure clear understanding of therapy goals and procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in clinical spaces while adhering to hospital policies and regulations HomeTown Physical Therapy serves Erath and Hamilton County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team in our Stephenville location. The ideal candidate will have a background working in the medial field. Greeting and Checking In patients. Processing Payments Coordinate patient schedules. Managing patient records. Answering phone calls from patients. Manage correspondence, including emails and internal communications. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated commitment to patient service and patient care excellence Strong organizational skills to support therapy sessions and equipment management effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team in fast-paced hospital or clinic environments This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your healthcare career while making a positive difference in patients' recovery journeys. Pay:
