Responsibilities Assist licensed physical therapists with patient intake, setup, and preparation for therapy sessions Support patient care by monitoring patient responses and ensuring comfort during treatments Manage and organize therapy equipment, supplies, and treatment areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment Facilitate communication between patients and the Physical Therapists to ensure clear understanding of therapy goals and procedures Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in clinical spaces while adhering to hospital policies and regulations HomeTown Physical Therapy serves Erath and Hamilton County. Greeting and Checking In patients. Processing Payments Coordinate patient schedules. Managing patient records. Answering phone calls from patients. Manage correspondence, including emails and internal communications. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
