This person will work to support the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate compassionately and clearly in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

Field inbound communications

• Answer phone calls/general email inquiries. Liaise with patients & visitors
• Act as point person for whomever enters the clinic. Insurance verification
• Use online services and/or phone communication to verify patient benefits. Charting information
• Accurately enter and maintain patient chart information while maintaining patient privacy Scheduling
• Set up and maintain patient's schedules including use of waitlist to fill cancelations Payments
• Explain and collect payments; use of point-of-sale device

Requirements:

Compassion with the ability to communicate delicate matters like cost to patients in pain Positive, high-energy attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, scanner) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and Office) Proficient in internet-based computer programs in general About Live to
