Schedule Monday-Thursday:

8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM - 1:00 PM Full-time position What You'll Do Welcome patients with professionalism and a warm, friendly attitude. Answer and manage a multi-line phone system efficiently. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining provider schedules. Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients. Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims and pre-authorizations. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix. Keep the front office organized and running efficiently. Coordinate communication between clinical and administrative team members. Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and correspondence. Follow up with patients regarding treatment, recalls, and upcoming appointments. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience . Proficiency with Dentrix . Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and treatment coordination. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
