You'll set the tone for their entire experience — answering questions, booking appointments, and making them feel valued and heard. You'll also support our office team as needed, contributing to the efficient, friendly operation that keeps our practice running smoothly. You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team that takes pride in patient care and invests in developing their staff. Phone Scheduling:

Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and warmly — you're the first voice patients hear Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with accuracy, efficiency, and care Address patient questions about appointments, procedures, insurance, and billing over the phone Build rapport over the phone — patients should feel heard, valued, and excited about their upcoming visits Manage the scheduling system to ensure appointments are accurate and the schedule runs smoothly Supporting the

Office:

Greet patients warmly when they arrive and assist as needed with check-in and out for visits Manage patient records to ensure all information is current and precise Process patient payments accurately and professionally Support the team with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and teammates — clear communication is everything
