Pay:

$18-$21/hour, depending on experience Looking for a great schedule and a team where you can make a difference? Mt. Baker Pain Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Burlington! As the first person our patients see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You'll work alongside a supportive medical team while helping patients navigate their appointments and care. If you're organized, personable, comfortable working with people, and enjoy staying busy, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance and collect co-pays Answer phones, direct calls, and assist patients with questions Follow up on missed appointments and no-shows Maintain accurate patient information and electronic medical records Keep the reception area organized and professional Assist with general front-office and administrative duties Work closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Organized and able to multitask in a busy medical office Reliable, dependable, and willing to be part of a team Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records Previous medical office or receptionist experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
