We are an independently-owned, one doctor Ophthalmology specialty practice that treats a wide variety of animals including pets like dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds to horses and other farm animals. Dr Sullivan even sees patients at the zoo, aquarium, and wildlife center. We have a newly remodeled location in Mountlake Terrace, with easy access just off I-5 and 220th St SW . As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Previous veterinary experience is required. Candidates will need to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking, team environment, and like to have fun at work. We are open 9am - 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities include:

Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages as the first point of contact for our clients and referral partners Greet and welcome clients and their pets for appointments with a friendly and compassionate manner Manage the appointment and surgical calendars Process payments for services and medications Maintain patient health records and coordinate records with client's primary veterinarian

Experience:

Previous experience in veterinary reception is required Knowledge of ophthalmology is a plus We are seeking individuals who are passionate about animals, possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
