Job Description

Skyline Health, located in the scenic Columbia River Gorge, has an opening for a Full Time Medical Secretary. The Medical Secretary is the frontline for customer service, communication and information for Skyline Health. This position will provide support for patients, staff and providers. Serve as an advocate for patients, customers and visitors to the facility through greeting, directing and the registration process as well as through duties as the phone receptionist. Will assist in basic patient services functions, as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED Two years of experience as secretary/admitting preferred Experience with office equipment, including computers Excellent phone etiquette Good communication and problem solving skills Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Come join our team!
