Come work for a Nephrology Practice wholly dedicated to excellent patient Care! We are a patient centered physician group operating mainly in Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties. Milwaukee Nephrologists sees patients in all stages of chronic kidney disease as well as acute kidney conditions. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Evenings, weekends, and Holidays are yours! Job Description We are looking for an energetic individual to join our medical practice team as a medical secretary/receptionist.
Duties include:
Checking in patients and updating demographics Routing phone calls Making patient appointments Preparing for and assisting in provider clinics Being positive and professional when working with patients Other clerical duties in the medical office Skills and Abilities that will make you successful in this role: Understanding of medical terminology and previous medical office experience a plus Ability to travel to multiple clinics as needed Knowledge of Electronic health records Experience with EPIC is a plus!
