Medical Scribe - Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Practice We are a busy, patient-focused Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive and efficient clinical environment. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Scribe to assist our providers with real-time documentation during patient visits. The scribe will play a key role in enhancing workflow efficiency and ensuring accurate medical records. Key Responsibilities Document patient encounters in real-time within the electronic medical record (EMR) system Accurately record patient history, physical exams, procedures, and treatment plans Assist providers by tracking lab results, imaging, and referrals Prepare and finalize clinical notes for provider review Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support clinic workflow and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in healthcare preferred Previous medical scribing or clinical experience is a plus Familiarity with medical terminology, especially ENT-related terms, preferred Strong typing skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience with EMR systems Interest in healthcare or pursuing a medical career Ability to anticipate provider needs and work efficiently under pressure

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
