ASAP Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Scribe / Clinical Informatics Specialist to join a primary care healthcare team serving Medicare-eligible seniors/geriarics In this role, you will work closely with primary care providers to ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation during patient visits. You will play an important role in supporting providers, maintaining accurate medical records, reviewing charts, and helping improve patient care outcomes. Key Responsibilities Document patient encounters in real time, including medical histories, exams, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans. Accurately enter and manage patient information within the EHR. Review patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies. Enter and utilize ICD-10 and CPT codes appropriately. Communicate with providers, coding teams, and other healthcare staff regarding documentation. Prepare patient information and historical data for morning huddles. Assist with quality metrics and identifying gaps in patient care. Support population health initiatives and chronic care management efforts. Research and provide relevant evidence-based clinical information to the care team. Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Travel between neighborhood healthcare centers as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of clinical/healthcare experience required. Previous Medical Scribe experience preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred. Experience using EHR systems. Strong typing and computer skills. Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced clinical environment. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred. Must be comfortable traveling between locations as needed. Compensation & Benefits $39,520
