Education Reimbursement What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Assist residents with medication administration according to physician orders and facility policies Accurately document medications and resident care Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the appropriate nurse or supervisor Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the care team Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations To view our privacy policy,

Requirements:
What We're Looking For Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, caregiving, or medication assistance preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication procedures Dependable, responsible, and compassionate Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently while being part of a team Must meet all applicable California requirements for the position Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
