Qualifications English Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer and accurately recorded the administration of medication Collect samples for testing. Monitor food and liquid input/output Rountinely inspect, clean, and monitor equipment and supplies to ensure safety Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for Assited Living residents in compliance with Federal and State regulations and employer guideline as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or Assited Living Director (ALD) Medication reconciliation, medication cart inventory and restocking Responsible for documentation of medications in medication administration record (MAR) Perform and recorded vital signs Requirements Ability to perform job responsibilities Ability to speak English adequately to perform job
