We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team at The Landings at Canton Hills in Canton, GA. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in providing safe and accurate medication administration to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies. Monitor resident responses to medications and report any adverse reactions or concerns to nursing staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records and documentation. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, residents, and families. Assist with other resident care duties as assigned by supervisory staff. Shift 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. PRN as needed Requirements Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. Prior experience working as a CMA or in a similar healthcare role preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established protocols.
