Brightview Senior Living is seeking an Overnight Med Tech/CMA to support residents in our vibrant assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you'll safely administer medications and treatments, monitor residents' wellbeing, and respond quickly to needs and emergencies throughout the night. You'll collaborate with a compassionate, resident-first team, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and infection control standards. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and community policies during overnight shifts Monitor residents' condition, document observations, and promptly report changes to nursing leadership Provide basic clinical support, including vital signs, glucometer checks, and assistance with ADLs as needed Maintain accurate MARs, narcotic counts, and related clinical records Respond quickly to resident calls and emergencies, following safety and infection control protocols Support residents with dignity and respect, promoting comfort, independence, and engagement Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to coordinate care Assist with shift handoff, ensuring thorough reporting and continuity of care Maintain clean, organized med carts, treatment areas, and supplies Uphold Brightview policies, regulatory requirements, and resident-first service standards Required Skills Medication administration Certified Medication Aide skills Vital signs monitoring Electronic health record documentation Infection control practices Basic life support/CPRBlood glucose monitoring Assisted living and memory care procedures Emergency response Resident safety and fall prevention
