If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities
Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and state regulations.
Document medication administration and resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the Wellness Director or nurse.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to all residents.
Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records and ensure medication carts and supplies are organized and secure.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents. Qualifications
Current Medication Technician certification.
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable, organized, and compassionate.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
Must be able to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
