If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities
  • Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and state regulations.
  • Document medication administration and resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the Wellness Director or nurse.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to all residents.
  • Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure medication carts and supplies are organized and secure.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
  • Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
  • Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents. Qualifications
  • Current Medication Technician certification.
  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and compassionate.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
  • Must be able to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.

Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
