If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and state regulations.
- Document medication administration and resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the Wellness Director or nurse.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to all residents.
- Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure medication carts and supplies are organized and secure.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
- Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents. Qualifications
- Current Medication Technician certification.
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, organized, and compassionate.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
- Must be able to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
