Job Description

This is a Full Time , Three 12 hour shifts /week Nightshift 6:00pm-6:30am in our memory care. Overview At Heritage Heights, we take pride in providing compassionate care and extraordinary customer service to our residents and family members. If you are looking to make a difference when you go to work and have a genuine love for seniors, we want to meet you! As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with: Activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, & grooming Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the social well-being of residents. Assist with the Administering of medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Support individuals with by implementing personalized care plans. Ensure the environment is safe and clean by maintaining hygiene standards. Advocate for resident rights and promote their independence in a respectful manner. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns to appropriate personnel. Skills Experience in caregiving is highly valued. Current HCA, CNA, or equivalent license High school diploma or equivalent. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Possess or ability to obtain all state required credentials and certifications, including CPR & First Aid. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and families. Physical ability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility as needed. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
