Responsibilities Conduct patient observation and monitoring to assess mental status, behavior, and response to treatment plans Implement behavior management and intervention techniques to de-escalate crises and promote positive behaviors Assist with psychiatric care activities, including medication administration and documentation in medical records Utilize crisis intervention skills and physical restraint techniques when necessary to ensure safety during acute episodes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate patient records, document observations, and report any significant changes or incidents promptly Support patients with disabilities or substance use disorders through tailored behavioral health strategies and compassionate communication Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field preferred.
• Eligible for or holding relevant clinical licensure (or associate status) preferred, depending on direct service expectations.
• 1 or more years of post-graduate experience working in mental health, nonprofit, faith-based, or community-based settings.
