$20-22 per hour About the Role Alliance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Operations Support Staff Member to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients, staff, and daily operations. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with intakes, and ensure smooth and accurate facility operations. Key Responsibilities Complete client intakes in EMR and maintain accurate records Organize and upload client documents Conduct and document client drug tests (BAC/UA) Greet and assist visitors with professionalism Support clients in following facility rules and expectations Maintain supplies and assist with facility organization Provide "observe and report" documentation for client care Communicate effectively with the Operations ManagerProgram Director Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) preferred CPRFirst Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or related field preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Why Work With Us?
