Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay:
$20-22/per hour •Substance Use Disorder Credential Required• About the Role Renaissance Recovery is looking for a motivated Operations Support Staff Member to be an essential part of our growing team. In this role, you'll help ensure our facility runs smoothly while providing support to both staff and clients. From welcoming visitors to assisting with intakes, your work will directly contribute to the success of our mission-helping individuals on their path to recovery. Key Responsibilities Complete and manage client intakes in our EMR system with accuracy Organize, upload, and maintain client documentation Conduct and document client drug testing (BAC/UA) Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth Support clients in following program rules and expectations Monitor supplies and assist with overall facility organization Provide detailed "observe and report" documentation Communicate clearly with the Operations ManagerProgram Director Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Registered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) Required CPRFirst Aid certification ( or willingness to obtain ) Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related fiel Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Why You'll Love Working Here Steady daytime schedule - no nights or weekends Mission-driven team that values compassion and integrity Opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of others A supportive work environment where your role truly matters Apply Today!
