Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar school-based support position is strongly preferred. Comfortable working across K-12 settings, supporting students of varying ages and needs. Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments on a daily or weekly basis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students and staff. Reliable and proactive, with the ability to jump in and lend a hand wherever needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional educational background is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional support, and supervision of students. Provide one-on-one or group support to students, helping reinforce lesson content and encourage participation. Adapt quickly to changing classroom needs or assignments, moving between different grade levels and subjects. Support students with varying academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive school environment by modeling respect and encouragement. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
