$100.00 per hour Job description: Senior Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant Suffern, NY | Part-Time | Leadership Track Practice at the Highest Standard of Interventional Psychiatry Marpa Minds is a growing, high-acuity interventional psychiatry practice specializing in Spravato® (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression. We provide care in a spa-inspired, intentionally designed clinical environment that fosters calm, safety, and restoration for both patients and providers. We are seeking a senior-level PMHNP or Physician Assistant who brings advanced clinical judgment, emotional intelligence, and a desire to help shape an expanding center of excellence. This role is designed for a clinician ready to step into meaningful influence and long-term leadership. The Role You will serve as a primary clinical decision-maker within our structured Spravato® program and broader psychiatric services, working closely with our Medical Director to uphold and refine clinical standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
