We provide care in a spa-inspired, intentionally designed clinical environment that fosters calm, safety, and restoration for both patients and providers. Our model integrates clinical excellence, thoughtful systems, and deeply personalized treatment to create meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of those we serve. We are seeking a senior-level PMHNP or Physician Assistant who brings advanced clinical judgment, emotional intelligence, and a desire to help shape an expanding center of excellence. This role is designed for a clinician ready to step into meaningful influence and long-term leadership. The Role You will serve as a primary clinical decision-maker within our structured Spravato® program and broader psychiatric services, working closely with our Medical Director to uphold and refine clinical standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
