Peter's Health Partners is seeking an individual to assist with clerical duties at our Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) office located on 6th Avenue in Troy, New York.
PROS is a comprehensive recovery program that helps people with mental health or dual disorder conditions work toward their personal goals
like living independently, improving relationships, or going to school or work.
PROS is designed to provide support through recovery, helping individuals build coping and life skills, and stay on track with goals. Our Senior Information Associate helps keep the office running smoothly!

What you will do:
This position requires knowledge of front-end check-in and check-out procedures including reception, insurance verification, co-pay collection and appointment/referral scheduling. Applicant must be detailed oriented and possess excellent customer service skills. This position also requires a great deal phone work. Must be able to triage work coming in from multiple sources and accomplish tasks at hand daily. The position would entail managing multi-line phones, starting charts, directing visitors, filing and general clerical duties. Specific duties include but are not limited to: Transcription of physician orders Medical record maintenance Supply monitor/ordering What you will need: High School Diploma, Associates preferred or 3 years related experience, an identified plan for continued education Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Information Associate or related healthcare experience. Patient billing, multiple phone line experience Positive attitude and be self-motivate Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous medical office experience Attention to detail, multitasking
Pay Range:

54 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
