This position requires knowledge of front-end check-in and check-out procedures including reception, insurance verification, co-pay collection and appointment/referral scheduling. Applicant must be detailed oriented and possess excellent customer service skills. This position also requires a great deal phone work. Must be able to triage work coming in from multiple sources and accomplish tasks at hand daily. The position would entail managing multi-line phones, starting charts, directing visitors, filing and general clerical duties. Specific duties include but are not limited to: Transcription of physician orders Medical record maintenance Supply monitor/ordering What you will need: High School Diploma, Associates preferred or 3 years related experience, an identified plan for continued education Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Information Associate or related healthcare experience. Patient billing, multiple phone line experience Positive attitude and be self-motivate Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous medical office experience Attention to detail, multitaskingPay Range:
