Associates participate in biweekly group supervision as well as biweekly individual supervision. All supervision is a benefit of employment. Participate in quarterly Cascade Counseling and Wellness all staff team meetings Maintain good communication with Cascade Counseling and Wellness leadership and administration Who You Are Passionate about client‑centered, trauma‑informed care for children, teens and families Committed to growth and learning as a clinician and looking for a clinic to grow in. Committed to ongoing learning and ethical, inclusive practice Must be currently licensed with the appropriate Oregon Board as an LCSW, CSWA, LPC, Professional Counselor Associate or similar. Benefits Wage potential based off 30 clinical hours/week + paid admin time

Licensed Clinician:

$109,200 - $140,400 (range based on 30 clinical hours/week + paid admin time)

Associate Clinician:

$82,680 - $96,720 (range based on 30 clinical hours/week + paid admin time) 100% paid health coverage option for employee + stipend for dependents
