We're looking for passionate Associate and Licensed Therapists to join our collaborative team at Cascade Counseling and Wellness . What We Offer Supportive, collaborative environment with strong clinical leadership Individual and group supervision included for associate clinicians Opportunities for professional growth, specialty training, and advancement Diverse, values‑driven team that believes in equity, inclusion, and social justice Integrated care model with therapy, medication management, and innovative modalities like ecotherapy and neurofeedback Job Responsibilities Complete thorough assessments, treatment plans, case notes, and other written documentation within 24 hours of service delivery Effectively utilize electronic health record for scheduling, file management, and other needs that might arise for your caseload Provide case management, consultation, care coordination and other services as necessary to provide high quality care for your clients Provide individual therapy to your identified caseload Provide other associated duties, including, but not limited to, maintenance of client records with high professional standards, response to client phone calls and emails within appropriate timeframes. Associates participate in biweekly group supervision as well as biweekly individual supervision. All supervision is a benefit of employment. Participate in quarterly Cascade Counseling and Wellness all staff team meetings Maintain good communication with Cascade Counseling and Wellness leadership and administration Who You Are Passionate about client‑centered, trauma‑informed care for children, teens and families Committed to growth and learning as a clinician and looking for a clinic to grow in. Committed to ongoing learning and ethical, inclusive practice Must be currently licensed with the appropriate Oregon Board as an LCSW, CSWA, LPC, Professional Counselor Associate or similar. Benefits Wage potential based off 30 clinical hours/week + paid admin time
