Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
BA-ABA, BC-ABA
professional to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services. This role involves working closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to support their growth and development through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience in patient care, assessment, and data collection within a clinical or educational setting. This position is integral to delivering impactful behavioral health services that improve clients' quality of life. Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral and functional assessments (i.e., FBAs, VB-MAPP, Essentials for Living, Vineland, etc.). Develops individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives for the home, school and /or community settings. Develops data collection systems to ensure behavioral data is collected accurately and efficiently to allow for continual program evaluation and modification. Conducts regular caregiver training and consultation. Responsible for individual program oversight and supervision of behavior technicians. Conducts weekly supervision with behavior technicians. Maintains caseload and necessary documentation as outlined by Prime ABA Consultants, LLC Develops written progress reports and manages authorizations through the primary insurance. Attends all Agency's Mandated Meetings and Trainings Collaborates with clinical team
