What Makes This Role Different Autonomy & Flexibility

  • Typically 5-7 clients, with a focus on quality over volume Who We're Looking For We're looking for a BCBA who is: Compassionate, thoughtful, and relationship-driven Excited to work alongside a small team of providers at a growing practice Creative and able to design engaging, individualized programming Comfortable in a growing, evolving environment that requires flexibility A strong mentor who can both support and hold Behavior Technicians accountable Organized, proactive, and responsive with communication and documentation Open to feedback and committed to ongoing growth Key Responsibilities Conduct client intakes, including parent interviews, observations, and assessments Develop individualized, meaningful treatment plans Supervise and provide clear, supportive, and actionable feedback to Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Required Qualifications Active BCBA or LABA certification and Washington state licensure 3+ years experience working with children with developmental disabilities SBT experience is a plus!
1+ years of experience supervising and training Behavior Technicians Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Eastside Seattle area
Schedule, Caseload & Location Schedule:
~20-30 hours per week (mix of direct, supervision, and indirect time) with opportunities for growth
Caseload:
5-7 clients
Location:
Services provided in home, school, and community settings across Seattle & the Eastside area (Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah) Flexible scheduling is based on client needs; morning and evening availability is preferred Compensation & Benefits $60
  • 70 per hour Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement between client locations Manageable caseload with ongoing clinical collaboration Opportunity for increased hours and leadership as the company grows
